Control and Supervision. All chemical testing will come under the control and supervision of a physician, with employee confidentiality protected in accordance with the Medical Review Officer Manual as developed by the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

Control and Supervision. (a) Supervisory control, monitoring, and data acquisition information shall comply with BPDB’s system control concept and proposed/current system. BPDB shall provide all supervisory control, monitoring, and data acquisition circuits from BPDB’s National/Regional Control Center, all of which shall conform to the Company’s requirements.
(b) Manual synchronising facilities, with such check facilities shall be provided as a minimum for all circuits except for station/service transformer circuits.
(c) The Facility shall be provided with a central on-site control room (CCR) so that operators can control the generators and perform switching and load dispatch duties. A Distributed Control System (DCS) shall be provided to coordinate the control and supervision of the Facility including half hourly Dependable Capacity correction for Reference Site Condition.
(d) The Facility shall be equipped with automatic generation control (AGC) to allow control from the BPDB load dispatch center.
Control and Supervision. Persons employed by Administrator shall be employees of Administrator and not Customer. Administrator shall be solely responsible for the control, supervision, and direction of, and shall have sole authority to control, supervise, and direct, Administrator personnel in respect of their provision of the Services on behalf of Administrator to or for the benefit of Customer. Administrator shall in addition have sole authority and responsibility with respect to the selection, hiring, promotion, demotion, dismissal, firing, training, and setting of salaries, wages, and benefits of its personnel, and with respect to any complaints of its personnel. Customer shall have no obligation or right or authority to supervise, direct, discharge, or discipline any of Administrator’s personnel.

Administrator shall be solely responsible for the control, supervision, and direction of, and shall have sole authority to control, supervise, and direct, Administrator personnel in respect of their provision of the Services on behalf of Administrator to or for the benefit of Customer. Administrator shall in addition have sole authority and responsibility with respect to the selection, hiring, promotion, demotion, dismissal, firing, training, and setting of salaries, wages, and benefits of its personnel, and with respect to any complaints of their respective personnel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that any Administrator personnel performing Services hereunder is found to be unacceptable to Customer for any lawful reason articulated to Administrator (including demonstration that he or she is not qualified to perform or has provided false information on his or her resume), Customer may notify Administrator of such facts (without waiving any other rights or remedies it may have hereunder) and Administrator shall promptly evaluate whether to remove such personnel from performing Services under the applicable Statement of Work and, if requested by Customer, provide a replacement with similar experience, suitable ability and suitable qualifications, at no additional cost to Customer. Customer's identification to Administrator of unqualified or unsuitable Administrator personnel and Administrator's corrective steps in response thereto shall not relieve Administrator of its performance obligations hereunder.
Control and Supervision. Unless otherwise specified herein, the on-site running of the event shall be under the authority, control, and supervision of the EPF appointed executive members, technical officer, jury, referees and in compliance with the EPF Organizing Checklist, the EPF Doping Control Agreement and IPF Technical Rules, all of which persons shall have the final authority on any decision that may arise out of and/or affect the event, and/or the EPF and/or the sport of powerlifting.
Control and Supervision. Company represents and warrants that (i) Company is engaged in an independent business; (ii) Company will perform its obligations under this Agreement as an independent contractor; (iii) the persons performing services on behalf of Company under this Agreement are not employees or agents of Newco; and (iv) Company has and retains the right to exercise full control of and supervision over the performance of Company’s obligations in this Agreement and full control over the employment, direction, compensation and discharge of all employees, contractors or agents of Company. Company will be solely responsible for all matters relating to payment of its employees, contractors or agents, including compliance with workers’ compensation, unemployment, disability insurance, social security, withholding and all other federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations governing such matters.
