Control of Access. The right to prevent trespass and control access by the general public subject to the operation of State and Federal law.
Control of Access. Landlord, at its option and in its sole discretion, may at any time control and limit access to, in or about, the Santa Xxxxxx Airport for the public health, safety, welfare, or any public purpose. Landlord shall not be liable or responsible for any damages arising therefrom to the Premises, buildings, structures, installations or improvements thereon. Tenant further agrees any such action by Landlord does not entitle Tenant to a proration of any Basic Rental.
Control of Access. The judiciary shall have and exercise full and complete control over granting, denying, withholding, and terminating access of contractor employees to judiciary facilities and IT resources. The COTR will notify the contractor immediately when the judiciary has determined that an employee is unsuitable or unfit to be permitted access to a judiciary facility following the completion of any of the security checks/investigations listed in (b) above, or as a result of new information obtained at any time during the contractor’s performance. The contractor shall immediately notify such employee that he/she no longer has access to any judiciary facility and/or judiciary IT resources, remove the employee from any such facility that he/she may be in, and provide a suitable replacement who must comply with the requirements of this and other applicable clauses. In addition, the Contracting Officer may require the contractor to prohibit individuals from access to judiciary facilities or IT resources if the judiciary deems their initial or continued access contrary to the public interest for any reason, including, but not limited to, carelessness, insubordination, incompetence, or security concerns.

Control of Access. Unless shown in the Project schematics for the Ultimate Configuration to be deleted, Developer shall maintain all existing property accesses, including those not shown on the schematic, and shall not revise control of access without TxDOT review and the written agreement of the affected property owner.

Landlord may refuse admission to the Building outside of normal business hours, which hours will be determined by the Landlord from time to time, to any person not known to the watchman in charge or not having a pass issued by Landlord or the tenant whose premises are to be entered or not otherwise properly identified, and Landlord may require all persons admitted to or leaving the Building outside of such times to provide appropriate identification. Tenant shall be responsible for all persons for whom it issues any such pass and shall be liable to Landlord for all acts or omissions of such persons. Any person whose presence in the Building at any time shall, in the judgment of Landlord, be prejudicial to the safety, character or reputation of the Building or of its tenants may be denied access to the Building or may be ejected therefrom. During any invasion, riot, public excitement or other commotion, Landlord may prevent all access to the Building by closing the doors or otherwise for the safety of the tenants and protection of property in the Building. Tenants and anyone else who desires to enter the Building after normal working hours will be required to sign in upon entry and sign out upon leaving, giving their location during their stay and their time of arrival and departure.
Control of Access. Licensee hereby agrees that the staff and management of the City, in consultation with the Miami Police Department and Licensee, have complete control as to when gates to Events are opened. Licensee hereby agrees to respond to any reasonable City request during the Use Period of the Event.
Control of Access. HUD shall have and ex- ercise full and complete control over grant- ing, denying, withholding, and terminating access of contractor employees to HUD sys- tems. The COR will notify the Contractor immediately when HUD has determined that an employee is unsuitable or unfit to be per- mitted access to a HUD system. The Con- tractor shall immediately notify such em- ployee that he/she no longer has access to any HUD system, physically retrieve the em- ployee’s PIV Card from the employee, and provide a suitable replacement employee in accordance with the requirements of this clause.
