Control of Production. Speaker shall have control over the Event’s production, presentation and Speaker's performance; provided, however, that Speaker shall not engage in any obscene behavior, nor shall Speaker encourage or entice patrons to engage in violent, destructive or riotous behavior. Speaker’s representative shall have authority in directing personnel operating lights and sound equipment during rehearsal and each performance. University retains the right to control all other aspects of the Event, including (i) sound levels and (ii) the right to stop the Event if, in University’s reasonable opinion, the audience is becoming uncontrollable.
Control of Production. Artist shall have control over the Event’s production, presentation and artistic performance; provided, however, that Artist shall not engage in any obscene behavior, nor shall Artist encourage or entice patrons to engage in violent, destructive or riotous behavior. Artist’s representative shall have authority in directing personnel operating lights and sound equipment during rehearsal and each performance. University retains the right to control all other aspects of the Event, including (i) sound levels and (ii) the right to stop the Event if, in University’s reasonable opinion, the audience is becoming uncontrollable.
Control of Production. Artist shall have sole and exclusive control over the production, presentation and performance of this entertainment unit and each member thereof, including all persons employed by Artist in connection with engagement. Any and all endorsements must be approved by Buckinghams Music LTD.

ARTIST shall have the sole and exclusive control over the production, presentation and performance of the entertainment unit in connection with the engagement, including but not limited to details, means, methods of the performance of the entertainment unit and each member thereof, and the persons to be employed by ARTIST in performing the provision hereof on ARTIST's part to be performed. ARTIST shall have the sole right, as ARTIST may see fit, to designate and change the performing personnel other than ARTIST. It is specifically understood and agreed that a representative of ARTIST shall have the sole and absolute authority in directing personnel operating all lighting and sound equipment during rehearsal and each performance schedule hereunder.
Control of Production. PRODUCER shall have the sole and exclusive control over the production and presentation of PRODUCER’S performance including but not limited to, the details, means, and methods of the “Live” show, the performing artists hereunder and PRODUCER shall have the sole right as PRODUCER may see fit, to designate and change at any time the performing personnel other than the ARTIST specifically named.
Control of Production. Representative of Pattonium shall have sole and absolute authority in directing local personnel, union crews, local security, facility personnel, and operation of all lighting and sound equipment and any other production equipment during any and all sound check, rehearsals and each performance scheduled herein (commencing at load in and ending at the end of load out). Purchaser shall inform all union staff/stagehands, and the house shall inform all other personnel that drinking of alcoholic beverages, use of illegal drugs and/or abusive or unseemly language will not be tolerated during this Engagement day and that all staff risk removal from Venue if any such conduct occurs. All stagehands that work the show call should be dressed in show blacks. Pattonium’s representative (e.g. Tour Manager or Production Manager) shall have exclusive creative control in all respects and shall have final approval over all material matters relating to this Engagement.

Producer shall have complete control of the production of the Pro- gram, including but not limited to all artistic controls and the right to cut, edit, add to, subtract from, arrange, rearrange, and revise the Program in any manner in its sole discretion. All rights granted or agreed to be granted to Producer hereunder shall vest in Producer immediately and shall remain vested in Producer, its successors and assigns, whether this agreement expires in normal course or is terminated for any cause or rea- son.

The Contractor shall have the sole and exclusive control over the production, presentation and performance of the entertainment in connection with the engagement, including but not limited to, the sole right select the songs, arrangements, materials, and routines used by the Artist in their performances and to control the manner which they are presented during the engagement hereunder and the details, means and methods of the performances of the entertainment and each member thereof. It is specifically understood and agreed that a representative of the Contractor shall have sole and absolute authority in directing personal operating all lighting and sound equipment during rehearsal and each performance scheduled herein.

The Contractor’s representative shall have authority in directing personnel operating lights and sound equipment during rehearsal and each performance scheduled herein. The University retains the right to control all other aspects of the show, including (i) sound levels and (ii) the right to stop the performance if, in the University’s sole discretion, the circumstances warrant.
