Control of Stations. This Agreement shall not be consummated until the FCC has given its written consent to the assignment of the FCC Licenses of the Stations to the Buyer. Until the Closing, Buyer shall not, directly or indirectly, control, supervise, direct or attempt to control, supervise or direct the operation of the Stations, but such operation shall be the sole responsibility of Sellers.
