Conversion of Vacation Leave a. Employees who move from a 56-hour position to a 40-hour position will have their vacation leave converted as follows: Vacation leave balance multiplied by .7143 = new balance.
Conversion of Vacation Leave. Upon separation in good standing or an employee’s death, the accrued unused vacation leave shall be paid to the employee (or the employee’s estate, if applicable).
