Common use of Conveyance by Association Clause in Contracts

Conveyance by Association. Subject to the provisions hereof, the Association shall be empowered to delegate or convey any of its functions or Property to any governmental unit, public utility or private party approved by at least two-thirds (2/3) of the Board and by the Class B Members (if any), which approval may be withheld by the Class B Members in their sole discretion.
