Cooking and Cooking Devices. Any vendor, party or participant of the festival or event that is the subject of this Use Permit Agreement that anticipates cooking or heating any food during the event, is required to obtain the necessary permit from the City’s Fire Department and have any cooking or heating device or equipment to be used or anticipated to be used inspected by the City’s Fire Department.
