COOKING EQUIPMENT. (1) Electric frying pans (2) Electric grills and fryers (including deep fryers) (3) Hot plates, griddles, waffle makers, or sandwich presses (4) Pizza ovens or similar items (5) Coffee pots with hot plate (6) Air fryers without an internal basket (7) Rice cookers (8) Toasters, toaster ovens, or convection ovens (9) Crock pots

COOKING EQUIPMENT. If a customer has a cooker and a microwave oven, it shall be acceptable to levy distress on the microwave oven. If a customer only has a microwave oven, it shall not be the subject of distraint.  Fridges, freezers and essential room heaters.  Dining table and chairs  Washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron.  A toy that is primarily for the use of any child who is a member of the customer‟s household.  Articles reasonably required for the care or upbringing of a child who is a member of the customer‟s household.  Medical aids or medical equipment reasonably required for the use of a customer or any member of the customer‟s household.  Articles, which are required for safety reasons in the home.  Any goods brought with a “Social Fund” loan or grant.  Any items of a personal nature with a nominal or nil cash value. This may include for example, videos of family occasions, family photographs and pictures.  Such tools, books, vehicles and other items of equipment as are necessary to the customer for use personally by him/her in his/her employment or business.  Any other items exempt by law from distraint.
