Common use of Cooperation by the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by the Issuer. The Issuer agrees to cooperate and assist the Master Servicer in any manner reasonably requested by the Master Servicer in connection with the servicing and administration of the Student Loans subject to this Agreement and the prompt and full performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder, including without limitation, executing, delivering and performing Servicing Agreements and all other agreements, documents or certificates relating, directly or indirectly, to the servicing and administration of the Student Loans subject to this Agreement and the prompt and full performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder.
