Common use of Cooperation by the Parties Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by the Parties. Each Party shall provide all reasonable assistance required by the other Party in conducting any inspection or audit under this Agreement, including allowing a Party, its appointed representative or person appointed to conduct an inspection or audit to discuss any relevant matter with Aurizon Network’s Staff or the Operator’s Staff (as applicable). A member of Aurizon Network’s Staff or the Operator’s Staff (as applicable) may be present at the inspection or audit.
