Cooperation with the Mortgage Loan Sellers with Respect to Rights Under the Loan Agreement. It is expressly agreed and understood that, notwithstanding the assignment of the Loan Documents, it is expressly intended that the Mortgage Loan Sellers and the Depositor be able to obtain the benefit of the provisions of Section 9.1 and Section 9.2 of the Loan Agreement. Therefore, the Depositor and Trustee hereby agree to cooperate with the Mortgage Loan Sellers and the Depositor with respect to the benefits of the provisions of Section 9.1 and Section 9.2 of the Loan Agreement with respect to securitization indemnification, including, without limitation, reassignment to the Mortgage Loan Sellers or the Depositor, as applicable, of such provisions, but no other portion of the Loan Documents, to permit the Mortgage Loan Sellers, the Depositor and their affiliates to enforce such provisions for their respective benefits.
