Coordination Meetings. The parties will hold periodic meetings at least once every six (6) months after the Effective Date to review and update the status of on-going product development activities of the parties concerning their respective Applicable Business Area and discuss additional areas for cooperation between the parties.
Coordination Meetings. Staff from ODOT and ODFW affected by this Agreement, will meet annually, or as otherwise deemed appropriate, to collaboratively review projects implemented under this Agreement and evaluate adaptive management measures, as appropriate.

Each Party shall appoint a primary contact person (which, in Impax’s case, shall be the Impax Director of Sales and, in Wyeth’s case, shall be Wyeth’s Global Business Manager for the Product) to coordinate on its behalf meetings and communications between the Parties. Each Party’s primary contact person shall involve such Party’s functional experts as required to discuss any issues that arise under this Agreement. Wyeth shall consider, in good faith, input from Impax in reaching its decisions; however, Wyeth shall have final authority and responsibility for the Product’s Promotional strategy, identification of Target Neurologists and for the content and selection of the sales and Promotional material which it shall provide Impax under the terms of this Agreement.
Coordination Meetings. In addition to regular meetings with the City and the City Engineer, the Design-Builder shall conduct formal status briefings on a monthly basis to provide a management overview of contract development. Immediately after award, "mobilization" meetings shall be conducted to review contract requirements, address scheduling, introduce staff, establish lines of communication protocols, and resolve questions.

On a quarterly basis and as determined necessary by C/CAG, the Consultant team will attend coordination meetings in person with C/CAG and Caltrans.
