COORDINATION WITH OTHER PARTIES. 4.1.19.1 DB Contractor shall fully cooperate with, and shall be solely responsible for coordinating its activities and Maintenance Services with the activities and maintenance work undertaken by, the personnel and contractors of TxDOT, other Governmental Entities, Utility Owners and other third parties that will be performing work or activities at or adjacent to or in the vicinity of the Project, including any maintenance activities for Non-Maintained Elements and Renewal Work performed by TxDOT or third parties in accordance with this Capital Maintenance Contract. TxDOT will provide reasonable notice to DB Contractor of permits issued by TxDOT that allow Governmental Entities, Utility Owners and other third parties to access the Project where such work or activities may impact Maintained Elements.

TxDOT will provide reasonable notice to DB Contractor of permits issued by TxDOT that allow Governmental Entities, Utility Owners and other third parties to access the Project where for the purpose of performing such work or activities may impact Maintained Elementsactivities.
