Coordination with Other Plans. The rules set forth in this Section 6.5 shall apply to all amounts provided under the Agreement.
Coordination with Other Plans. Options, RSUs and/or Share Awards under the XXX Share Plan may be granted in tandem with, or in satisfaction of or substitution for, other grants under other plans or awards made under other compensatory plans or programs of the Group.

Coordination with Other Plans. (1) In applying this Article, an Employer and all Controlled Group Members shall be treated as a single employer, and the qualified plans maintained by such single employer shall be taken into account.
Coordination with Other Plans. Shares of Stock and/or Awards under the Plan may be granted in tandem with, or in satisfaction of or substitution for, other Awards under the Plan or awards made under other compensatory plans or programs of the Company or any of its subsidiaries. For example, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, awards under other compensatory plans or programs of the Company or any of its subsidiaries may be settled in Stock (including, without limitation, Unrestricted Stock) under the Plan if the Administrator so determines, in which case the shares delivered will be treated as awarded under the Plan (and will reduce the Share Pool).
Coordination with Other Plans. If your termination entitles you to benefits under the Key Executive Severance Protection Plan, you may elect to receive the benefits payable under Section 5 of this agreement in lieu of those benefits. If you elect to receive the benefits under this agreement, you will nevertheless be eligible to receive the additional benefits related to the gross-up payment for excise taxes under Article 6 of that plan.
Coordination with Other Plans. Share Awards under the Incentive Equity Plan may be granted in tandem with, or in satisfaction of or substitution for, other grants under other plans or awards made under other compensatory plans or programs of the Group.
Coordination with Other Plans. For contribution years prior to 2002, the amount excludible from a Participant’s gross income for any taxable year under this Plan or any other plan under Code Section 457(b) shall not exceed $7,500 (as adjusted for cost-of-living increases in accordance with Code Section 457(e)(15)) or such greater amount allowed under paragraph (b) of this section, less any amount excluded from gross income under Code Section 403(b), 402(e)(3), or 402(h)(l)(B) or (k), or any amount with respect to which a deduction is allowable by reason of a contribution to an organization under Code Section 501(c)(18).
