Coordination with Plan. All of the terms, conditions and other provisions of the Plan are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement but not defined herein shall have the same meanings as in the Plan. If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Plan, the provisions of the Plan shall govern. A copy of the Plan is available on the Human Resources homepage of the Corporation’s intranet site. Grantee hereby agrees to be bound by the Plan (as presently in effect or hereafter amended) and this Agreement, and by all decisions and determinations of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors (including any delegatee) (the “Committee”) thereunder.
Coordination with Plan. The Participant hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions thereof including any that may conflict with those contained in this Agreement.

Coordination with Plan. Terms used herein that are defined in the Plan shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan. If there is any inconsistency between the terms of this Award Agreement and the terms of the Plan, the Plan’s terms shall supersede and replace the conflicting terms herein.

The Participant acknowledges that he has previously received a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions thereof, including any which may conflict with those contained in this Agreement. The Director hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions thereof, including any which may conflict with those contained in this Agreement. Coordination with Plan. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the Plan. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the terms and provisions of the Plan, the terms and provisions of the Plan shall control.
Coordination with Plan. The responsibilities of the Trustee shall be governed solely by the terms of this Trust Agreement. The Trustee shall discharge its duties and responsibilities in accordance with its rules and procedures. Alliant shall discharge its responsibilities and duties under the Trust Agreement in accordance with the Trust Agreement and shall have the exclusive authority, which may not be delegated, to:
(a) amend this Trust Agreement and to terminate the Trust;
(b) appoint or remove a Trustee or accept the resignation of a Trustee; and
(c) appoint or remove an Investment Manager.
Coordination with Plan. The Director hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions thereof including any that may conflict with those contained in this Agreement.
Coordination with Plan. The Enhanced SERP provided by this Section 5 shall be deemed in all respects to be provided under, and be part of, the Plan and to the extent the provisions of the Plan are inconsistent with the provisions of this Section 5, the provisions of this Section 5 shall govern and, as it affects Executive, the Plan shall be deemed amended accordingly.
