Copies and Modifications. Except and solely to the extent that such a restriction is prohibited under applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, imitate, use portions of, or otherwise translate the Software or any license keys you have obtained. You may not modify or adapt the Software or any license keys that you have obtained in any way. Any such copies of the Software, Documentation, or license keys shall include any copyright or other proprietary notices that were included on such materials when you first received them. Except as authorized in this Section, no copies of the Software, Documentation, or license keys, or any portions thereof, may be made by you or any person under your authority or control.

Copies and Modifications. Purchaser shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, prepare derivative works of, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer Seller Software except with Seller's prior written consent or otherwise as permitted under this Sales Agreement.

Customer shall not decompile, or create by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source codes from the object code supplied hereunder, or adapt the Software in any way or use it to create a derivative work. CentralSquare shall not be responsible in any way for Software performance if the Software has been modified, except as modified by CentralSquare.

Buyer may make only 2 copies (or the number of copies allowed under applicable law) of the Software in non-printed, machine-readable form, to be used solely for archival or backup purposes ("Archival Copies"). Buyer shall include all copyright and trade secret notices and serial numbers on the Archival Copies, which shall be owned solely by Honeywell or its third-party suppliers. Buyer may not modify the Software except as authorized by Honeywell in writing.

Customers may modify or adapt the Software or any license received within the source code files disclosed only.

Xxxxxxxx shall not be responsible in any way for Software performance if the Software has been modified, except as modified by Xxxxxxxx.

Licensee may copy the Licensed Products in whole or in part, in written or machine readable form for use in understanding the Licensed Software and for archive or backup purposes. Licensee shall reproduce and include PWI’s trade secret or copyright notices on and in any copies, in any form. Licensee shall not reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise reverse engineer the Licensed Software in whole or in part. The License includes the right to reproduce the Licensed Software’s documentation exclusively for the use of Licensee and its employees only. All other reproduction and distribution is strictly prohibited.

The customer agrees that for any breach of this section the customer shall pay 100.000€ (one hundred thousand Euros) per case, provided that the customer shall be entitled to show and prove that the actual damage was less than the foregoing amount and further provided that other remedies that SYNAPTICON is entitled by law shall not be excluded.

The Customer shall not decompile, or create by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source codes from the object code supplied hereunder, or adapt the Software in any way or use it to create a derivative work. Xxxxxxxx shall not be responsible in any way for Software performance if the Software has been modified, except as modified by Xxxxxxxx.
