Copies of Data. Copies of data exchanged by, through, and between Valley Water and Consultant that may be relied upon are limited to printed copies. Computer-generated files, disks, or tapes of text, data or graphics that are furnished are only for the mutual convenience of the Parties.
Copies of Data. CONSULTANT shall provide CITY with copies or originals of all data that CONSULTANT generates, uses, collects, or stores in relation to all work associated with this Agreement. Data that CONSULTANT generates, uses, collects, stores, or provides must be in a form acceptable to, and agreed upon by, CITY.

One legible copy each of all intellectual data, trouble tickets, field notes, log book pages, technical data, computations, designs and other instruments of service prepared under the terms of this AGREEMENT will be delivered by the SUBCONTRACTOR to MALL XXXXX.XXX, INC. upon completion of the Scope of Services.
Copies of Data. POET LAUREATE shall provide CITY with copies or originals of all data that POET LAUREATE generates, uses, collects, or stores in relation to all work associated with this Agreement. Data that POET LAUREATE generates, uses, collects, stores, or provides must be in a form acceptable to, and agreed upon by, CITY.
Copies of Data. CREW shall, throughout the term of this Agreement and upon delivering the final research report, provide to ACT copies of all data and other information generated by or on behalf of the Project Term pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation, all raw data obtained as a result of studied conducted in the course of Project Research and all experimental procedures developed under the Project Research in sufficient written detail to permit ACT’s personnel to employ such procedures in their own research. ACT shall have full access to all such data and records of CREW and its Project Team. CREW shall maintain copies of all such data and other information for at least five (5) years following the termination of the Research Term and shall permit ACT continued access.
Copies of Data. Upon request by Xxxxx no more than once every calendar quarter, SAVVIS shall, and shall cause all SAVVIS’ Agents to, provide Xxxxx with copies of all Xxxxx Data then in SAVVIS’ possession or under the control of SAVVIS in the format and on the media reasonably requested by Xxxxx at SAVVIS’ expense (including, without limitation, copies of back up, archival or history logs therefor).
Copies of Data. To the extent not already provided to Calliditas, Partner as promptly as reasonably practicable shall provide Calliditas with copies of all New Partner IP regarding the Product and the Partner Territory, and data collected or generated with respect to the Product in Partner’s possession or Control.
Copies of Data. Farmor and Farmees, and their respective agents, employees, consultants and representatives, shall each have access to the entire Survey, including, without limitation, all original field data, tapes, surveys, observer notes and processed data volume.
Copies of Data. Upon GGH's request, Contractor shall deliver to GGH copies of all documents prepared by Contractor in the course of performing the Services.
