Copies of Documentation. Manager shall maintain, and make available to Owner upon reasonable notice at the place of business maintained by Manager the following:
(a) All bank statements, bank deposit slips and bank reconciliations,
(b) Cash receipts and disbursement records,
(c) Trial balance,
(d) Paid invoices,
(e) Summaries of adjusting journal entries, and
(f) Supporting documentation for payroll, payroll taxes and employee benefits.
Copies of Documentation evidencing your rights to distribute and exploit the music video which shall include copies of agreements concluded with the composer of the music incorporated in the music videos, the owner of the sound recording, the artist performing in the music videos and the producers of the music video.
Copies of Documentation. Included in Section 4.14(j) of the Company Disclosure Letter is a list of all Employee Plans of the Company. The Company has delivered pursuant to this Agreement a true and complete set of copies of (i) all Employee Plans of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate thereof (including without limitation, employment agreements) and related trust agreements, annuity contracts or other funding instruments as in effect immediately prior to the date hereof, together with all amendments thereto which will become effective at a later date; (ii) the latest IRS determination letter obtained with respect to any such Employee Plan qualified or exempt under section 401 or 501 of the Code; (iii) Forms 5500 including all schedules, attachments, and certified financial statements for the most recently completed three fiscal years for each Employee Plan of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate thereof required to file such form, together with the most recent actuarial report, if any, prepared by the such Employee's Plan's enrolled actuary; (iv) all summary plan descriptions for each Employee Plan of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate thereof required to prepare, file and distribute summary plan descriptions; (v) all summaries furnished or made available to employees, officers and directors of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate thereof of all incentive compensation, other plans and fringe benefits for which a summary plan description is not required; (vi) current registration statements on Form S-8 and amendments thereto with respect to any Employee Plan of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate thereof; (vii) the notifications to employees of their rights under COBRA with respect to each Welfare Plan of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate thereof subject to COBRA; and (viii) the Indemnification Agreements.
Copies of Documentation. You will be given copies of sales drafts or cash advance drafts you sign when you use your Card(s). Be sure to keep them. Also be sure to keep the monthly statements we send you. You will be charged $10.00 per request per item for each copy of a monthly statement or for each copy of a cash slip that you request. If it is found that it is a billing error, you will not be charged this fee. This fee will be treated as a Purchase on your statement.
Copies of Documentation. The Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate, an Assignment Agreement or an Increase Confirmation, send to the Company, a copy of that Transfer Certificate, Assignment Agreement or Increase Confirmation (and the relevant Trade Confirmation), provided that, the Company may request that any Transfer Certificates and/or Assignment Agreements are instead delivered on a periodic basis at intervals specified by the Company. The Agent shall provide, upon the request of the Company, in relation to any specified Transfer Certificate, Assignment Agreement or Increase Confirmation, a copy of such document (and the relevant Trade Confirmation) to the Company within one (1) Business Day of receipt of such request.

Copies of Documentation. The Company will furnish to each Agent, without charge, as many copies of each preliminary prospectus and Permitted Free Writing Prospectus as such Agent may reasonably request, and the Company hereby consents to the use of such copies for purposes permitted by the Securities Act. The Company will furnish to each Agent, without charge, such number of copies of the Prospectus (as amended or supplemented) as such Agent may reasonably request.
Copies of Documentation. Customer may not make copies of the Documentation without the prior written consent of Capita. At the request of the Customer, Capita may provide additional soft copies of the Documentation as the Customer reasonably requires for the normal operation of its business. Capita may charge a reasonable fee for the provision of such Documentation.
Copies of Documentation. The Company has made available to Parent (i) copies of all employment agreements with officers of the Company or any Company Subsidiary; (ii) copies of all severance agreements, programs and policies of the Company or any Company Subsidiary with or relating to its employees; and (iii) copies of all plans, programs, agreements and other arrangements of the Company or any Company Subsidiary with or relating to its employees which contain change of control provisions.
