Dissemination of Policy All members of the contractor's staff who are authorized to hire, supervise, promote, and discharge employees, or who recommend such action, or who are substantially involved in such action, will be made fully cognizant of, and will implement, the contractor's EEO policy and contractual responsibilities to provide EEO in each grade and classification of employment. To ensure that the above agreement will be met, the following actions will be taken as a minimum:
Statement of Policy In accordance with the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), the City will provide family and medical care leave and military family leave for eligible employees, as defined.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT 2.1 The Supplier agrees to provide timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports to the Authority which incorporates the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template. The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 9.
Incorporation of Prompt Payment Policy Statement into Contracts The provisions of this Exhibit shall apply to all Payments as they become due and owing pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, notwithstanding that NYSERDA may subsequently amend its Prompt Payment Policy by further rulemaking.
Delivery of Policies; Insurance Certificates Prior to commencing the Work, the Contractor shall deliver to NYSERDA certificates of insurance issued by the respective insurers, indicating the Agreement number thereon, evidencing the insurance required by Article XI hereof. In the event any policy furnished or carried pursuant to this Article will expire on a date prior to acceptance of the Work by NYSERDA pursuant to the section hereof entitled Acceptance of Work, the Contractor, not less than 15 days prior to such expiration date, shall deliver to NYSERDA certificates of insurance evidencing the renewal of such policies, and the Contractor shall promptly pay all premiums thereon due. In the event of threatened legal action, claims, encumbrances, or liabilities that may affect NYSERDA hereunder, or if deemed necessary by NYSERDA due to events rendering a review necessary, upon request the Contractor shall deliver to NYSERDA a certified copy of each policy.
Form of Policies The minimum limits of policies of insurance required of Tenant under this Lease shall in no event limit the liability of Tenant under this Lease. Each policy of insurance required to be carried by Tenant pursuant to this Section 9.1, except for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability, shall: (i) name Landlord and such other parties in interest as Landlord reasonably designates as additional insureds; (ii) be primary insurance as to all claims thereunder and provide that the insurer shall be liable for the full amount of the loss up to and including the total amount of liability set forth in the declarations without the right of contribution from any other insurance coverage of Landlord; (iii) be in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Landlord; (iv) be issued by an insurance company having a rating of not less than A-VIII in Best's Insurance Guide or which is otherwise reasonably acceptable to Landlord and licensed or authorized to do business in the State of California; (v) Intentionally Omitted; (vi) specifically cover the liability assumed by Tenant under this Lease, including, but not limited to, Tenant's obligations under Section 10.1 of this Lease; (vii) shall contain a cross liability endorsement; and (viii) shall contain a severability clause. Tenant shall provide Landlord notice prior to any such insurance being cancelled or if coverage is changed. If Tenant has in full force and effect a blanket policy of liability insurance with the same coverage for the Premises as described above, as well as other coverage of other premises and properties of Tenant, or in which Tenant has some interest, such blanket insurance shall satisfy the requirements of this Section 9.1, provided that the Commercial General Liability insurance under this Section 9.1 contains a per location general aggregate.
Overpayment Policies and Procedures Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Xxxxx shall develop and implement written policies and procedures regarding the identification, quantification and repayment of Overpayments received from any Federal health care program.
Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
Application of Policy The policy is to apply to everyone on site without distinction.
