Core Activities Clause Samples
The 'Core Activities' clause defines the essential tasks, services, or functions that are central to the agreement between the parties. It typically outlines which activities are considered fundamental to the contract’s purpose, such as key deliverables, primary services, or critical operational responsibilities. By clearly identifying these core activities, the clause helps both parties understand their main obligations and ensures that the most important aspects of the agreement are prioritized and protected. This clarity helps prevent disputes over what constitutes the main purpose of the contract and ensures that any changes or breaches related to these activities are treated with appropriate seriousness.
