Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Project Monitoring Reporting Evaluation 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Association. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one fiscal year, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than sixty (60) days after the end of the period covered by such report.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.
Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 9. The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement each EMP and EMDP (if any).
Reporting Responsibilities The IRA Owner agrees to provide the Custodian with information necessary for the Custodian to prepare any reports required under Code Sections 408(i), 408A(d)(3)(D), and Regulations Sections 1.408-5 and 1.408-6. The Custodian agrees to submit reports to the IRS and the IRA Owner (or Beneficiary(ies) upon the IRA Owner’s death) as prescribed by the IRS and such additional reports as the Custodian may choose to deliver. The Custodian shall furnish annual calendar-year reports concerning the status of the IRA and such information concerning required minimum distributions as is prescribed by the Commissioner of the IRS.
Reporting Responsibility a) Vendor shall be responsible for reporting all services purchased under the Contract. Vendor shall file the monthly reports, subcontract reports, and pay the administrative fees in accordance with the due dates specified in this section.
Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network.
