Common use of Corporate Proceedings and Documents Clause in Contracts

Corporate Proceedings and Documents. All corporate and other proceedings taken or required to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated at the Closing and all documents instant thereto (including but not limited to Corporate Resolutions authorizing this Agreement and the Closing) shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Investor, and the Investor shall have received all such counterpart original and certified or other copies of such documents as it reasonably may request.
