Correction of Data. CAT Reporting Agent or the CAT Reporter that engaged the CAT Reporting Agent shall correct all errors in CAT Data, or inaccurate CAT Data submitted to the CAT System as provided in the CAT NMS Plan and Technical Specifications. In the event that the CAT Reporter that engaged the CAT Reporting Agent is an Industry Member, CAT Reporting Agent may access CAT Data submitted on behalf of such Industry Member solely as authorized by such Industry Member.

In the event that CAT Reporter is an Industry Member, CAT Reporter may access CAT Data submitted by or on behalf of such Industry Member solely for the purpose of making such corrections.
Correction of Data. In the event FICI employees cause errors in Customer's data to occur and Customer requests correction of such data within ninety-five (95) days from the date of the error, FICI will correct such data as necessary at FICI's expense. The expense to FICI of correcting such data shall be the only responsibility of FICI and shall constitute Customer's sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such errors.
Correction of Data. In the event FIS' employees cause errors in Merchant's data to occur and Merchant requests correction of such data within six (6) business days from the date of the error, FIS will correct such data as necessary at FIS' expense. Merchant is required to provide all information requested with respect to alleged errors. The expense to FIS of correcting such data shall be the only obligation of FIS and shall constitute Merchant's sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such errors.

In the event ACS' employees, software or equipment cause errors in Customer's data to occur and Customer requests correction of such data within ninety-five (95) days from the date of the error, ACS will correct such data at ACS' expense. The expense to ACS of correcting such data shall be the only responsibility of ACS and shall constitute Customer's sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such errors, except that ACS shall also be liable for damages subject to the limitations set forth in Section 6.2.

TNS will use due care in implementing the System and will, at its own expense, correct any transaction reports in which errors have been caused solely by TNS personnel, TNS programs, or malfunctions of TNS controlled machines. However, the expense to TNS for correcting such data shall be the only responsibility of TNS in connection with such errors. The Channel must notify TNS in writing of any errors subject to this Section within five (5) business days f

However, the expense to TNS for correcting such data shall be the only responsibility of TNS in connection with such errors. The Channel must notify TNS in writing of any errors subject to this Section within five (5) business days from the date that the Channel receives such transaction reports as indicate such errors. The failure of the Channel to provide such written notice within the aforesaid five (5) day period will be deemed to be an acceptance by the Channel of the accuracy of the data.

In the event FIS' employees cause errors in Provider's data to occur and Provider requests correction of such data within forty-five (45) business days from the date of the error, FIS will correct such data as necessary at FIS' expense. Provider is required to provide all information requested with respect to alleged errors. The expense to FIS of correcting such data shall be the only responsibility of FIS and shall constitute Provider’s sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such errors.
