Corrective Measures; Repairs. In the event of a pattern of material inconsistencies in the data stream provided by the Monitoring and Communication Equipment, Seller shall perform, at Seller’s expense, such corrective measures as Company may reasonably require, such as the recalibration of all field measurement device components of the Monitoring and Communication Equipment. In the event of any failure in the Monitoring and Communication Equipment, Seller shall repair or replace such equipment within fifteen (15) Days of such failure, or within such longer period as may be reasonably agreed to by the Parties.
