COST ESTIMATES AND DEPOSIT OF FUNDS. The total estimated obligation for each participating authority under the terms of this agreement is listed below. The exact amount of each participating authority’s obligation under the terms of this agreement shall be calculated after the May 7, 2022 election (or runoff election, if applicable). The participating authority’s obligation shall be paid to Denton County within 30 days after the receipt of the final invoice from the Denton County Elections Administrator.
