Cost Questionnaire. If requested by Owner, or Owner’s Representative, Contractor and its Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers shall provide all requested responses to a cost questionnaire, including, without limitation, reporting total installed cost and cost increases and decreases.
