Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. Termination for Public Convenience Enterprise Services, for public convenience, may terminate this Contract; Provided, however, that such termination for public convenience must, in Enterprise Services’ judgment, be in the best interest of the State of Washington; and Provided further, that such termination for public convenience shall only be effective upon sixty (60) calendar days prior written notice; and Provided further, that such termination for public convenience shall not relieve any Purchaser from payment for Goods/Services already ordered as of the effective date of such notice.
