Common use of Costs, Expenses Clause in Contracts

Costs, Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including Other Taxes) incurred by the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other instruments and documents to be delivered hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 9.05 of the Credit Agreement.

Costs, Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including Other Taxes) incurred by of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection with the preparation, execution execution, delivery and delivery any modification of this Agreement Amendment and the other instruments and documents to be delivered by any Loan Party hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of external counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 9.05 8.02 of the Credit Agreement.

Costs, Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including Other Taxes) incurred by of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection with the preparation, execution execution, delivery and delivery any modification of this Agreement Amendment and the other instruments and documents to be delivered by any Loan Party hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of external counsel for the Administrative AgentAgent invoiced to the Borrower in reasonable detail) in accordance with the terms of Section 9.05 11.04 of the Credit Agreement.

The Borrower agrees to pay or reimburse all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including Other Taxes) incurred by the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution and delivery of this Agreement Amendment and the other instruments and documents to be delivered hereunder (including, without limitation, the all reasonable and documented fees and expenses of counsel for the Administrative Agent) in accordance with the terms of Section 9.05 10.04 of the Credit Agreement.
