Common use of COSTS OF ENFORCING LEASE Clause in Contracts

COSTS OF ENFORCING LEASE. Landlord shall be entitled to reimbursement from Tenant of the reasonable costs of enforcement of this Lease incurred by Landlord (including a reasonable attorney's fee) in any action or proceeding (whether or not suit is brought) of Landlord to enforce the provisions of this Lease on account of any event of default of Tenant to adhere to Tenant's obligations under this Lease, provided that Landlord prevails in such action or proceeding.

All such costs shall be deemed Additional Rent.
