Costs of SCNs for Certification. 7.3.1 The costs of implementing the variation or modification referred to in Clause 7.2.2 above shall be (i) for the account of the Seller if the Change in Law became effective prior to the date of this Agreement; (ii) shared equally between the Seller and the Buyer if the Change in Law became effective after the date of this Agreement.
