Costs of SCNs for Certification. 7.3.1 The costs of implementing the variation or modification referred to in Clause 7.2.2 above shall be (i) for the account of the Seller if the Change in Law became effective prior to the date of this Agreement; (ii) shared equally between the Seller and the Buyer if the Change in Law became effective after the date of this Agreement. 7.3.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-Clauses 7.3.1 (i) and (ii), if the Change in Law relates to the Propulsion Systems, the costs shall be borne in accordance with such arrangements as may be made separately between the Buyer and the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer. *** This information is subject to confidential treatment and has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.
