COUNTER-PARTS Sample Clauses

COUNTER-PARTS. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which, taken together, shall be deemed one and the same Agreement.

If either method is adopted, without prejudice to the validity of such agreement, each Party shall provide the other with the original of such page as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

COUNTER-PARTS. All documents associated with this Lease and Addendum to Lease are valid when signed in counter parts.

COUNTER-PARTS. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument, and any of the parties may execute this Agreement by signing any one of such counterparts.
