Counterparts and Facsimile Execution. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will be an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. To evidence the fact that it has executed this Agreement, a Party may send a copy of its executed counterpart to the other Party by facsimile or other electronic transmission. In such event, such Party will forthwith deliver to the other Party the counterpart of this Agreement executed by such Party.
