Counterparts; Binding Agreement. The Purchase Order may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which when so executed and taken together shall constitute but a single instrument. The Purchase Order shall be binding upon the Dealer, its successors and permitted assigns, as the case may be, and shall inure to the benefit of Entry-Master, its successors and assigns. No part of the Purchase Order and no part of the Work to be performed thereunder shall be assigned by the Dealer, except with the express written consent of Entry-Master, which may be withheld without reason.
