Courses for College Credit. 1. The teacher of record shall be a qualified bargaining unit member. Assignment as a teacher of record shall be on a voluntary basis. If no qualified bargaining unit member volunteers to perform as teacher of record, the Superintendent may assign the work to a qualified bargaining unit member. This shall be done on a rotation basis of seniority providing the teacher has been successful in this dual credit assignment.
