Common use of Court Duty Clause in Contracts

Court Duty. Any employee subpoenaed as a witness in connection with the employee's official duties or called and selected for jury duty, shall receive his/her regular compensation and other benefits for such duty. Pay received for court duty must be given to the County by the employee. Pay for the expenses may be kept by the employee.
