Court Duty. An Employee who is subpoenaed by the Crown for jury duty or as witness for the Crown or as a witness in any matter arising out of employment with the Employer, shall not lose any pay because of such service, provided the amount paid for such service is promptly repaid by the Employee to the Employer. The Employee must present proof of service and shall notify the Employer immediately upon the receipt of notification that the Employee has been subpoenaed by the Crown.
