Common use of Court Leave Clause in Contracts

Court Leave. 23.01 Paid leave shall be granted to any employee required to be a witness or juror by any body in Canada with powers of subpoena. The employee shall notify her/his immediate supervisor immediately upon her/his notification that he/she will be required to attend court and present proof of service requiring her/his attendance.
