Court Reporter. If only one party requests the presence of a court reporter, that party shall bear the cost of the reporter.
Court Reporter. A court reporter shall not be required for the arbitration proceedings, but may be requested by the District, the Union or the arbitrator:
Court Reporter. If only one (1) party requests the presence of a court reporter, that party shall bear the cost of the reporter. If the other party wants a copy, the other party must share the cost.
Court Reporter. If either party desires a record of the arbitration hearing, a court reporter may be used. The requesting party will bear the expense of the court reporter. If one party purchases a transcript, a copy will be provided to the arbitrator. If the other party desires a copy of the transcript, it will pay for half the costs of the fee for the court reporter, the original transcript and a copy.
Court Reporter. The hearing shall be transcribed by a certified shorthand reporter.
Court Reporter. A court reporter shall be provided for the Committee hearing; the parties shall split the cost of the court reporter. Each party shall pay for their own transcript.

Court Reporter. In any disciplinary appeal under Municipal Code Sections 2.04.440 et seq., the SMPOA may request that a Court Reporter record the proceedings. The cost of the Court Reporter shall be shared equally by SMPOA and the City.
Court Reporter. When the Company has a court reporter at an arbitration hearing and the Union has not requested the court reporter to be present, the Union may purchase a copy of the hearing transcript from the court reporter by paying for the cost of the copy. The Company is likewise entitled to receive a copy of a transcript under the same conditions if the Union requests a court reporter to be present and the Company does not.
Court Reporter. If either party requests a transcript of the proceedings, that party shall bear full costs for that transcript. If both parties order a transcript, the costs of the two transcripts shall be divided equally between the Board and the Association.
