COURT SANCTIONS. The Prosecuting Attorney shall pay court sanctions, terms, or fines levied by any court against deputies for acts or omissions committed by such deputies, if the Prosecuting Attorney determines in his sole discretion that the acts or omissions were committed in good faith while performing within the scope of their official duties.
