Court Subpoena. (1) An employee shall be granted a paid leave of absence when he/she is subpoenaed. A copy of the subpoena shall be submitted to their immediate supervisor as soon as the date of the appearance is known. Immediately upon returning to duty, the employee shall report the absence in accordance with established procedures.
