Covenant Against Waste. User agrees not to do or suffer any waste or damage to, or impairment of the value of, the Property.

Buyer will not commit or permit any demolition, removal or material alteration of the Premises or the Improvements without the prior written consent of Seller; and Buyer will comply with, and will not violate, any and all zoning laws, ordinances, easements, restrictions, agreements, covenants or conditions with respect to or affecting any part of the Premises.
Covenant Against Waste. Each of the YJSCB and the YCSD covenants not to do or suffer or permit to exist any waste, damage, disfigurement or injury to, or public or private nuisance upon, any of the Facilities.
Covenant Against Waste. LESSEE shall, throughout the term, take good care of the Leased Premises and other improvements located upon the Leased Premises and keep them free from waste or nuisance of any kind. At the end or other termination of this Agreement, LESSEE shall deliver up the Leased Premises together with all improvements located thereon, in good repair and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
