Covenant Running with Land. All of the covenants, conditions, and terms of this Agreement shall (i) be of benefit to the parties, (ii) constitute a covenant running with the Option Assets, and (iii) bind and inure to the benefit of the Parties and any Person acquiring any interest in the Option Assets.
