Covenants Not to Compete; Confidentiality. (a) The Employee covenants that if he voluntarily terminates his employment with the Corporation prior to the end of the term of this Agreement, unless such termination either is approved by the Board or is within the two-year period following a Change in Control, he shall not, for a period of one (1) year following such Date of Termination:
