Coverage and Parties Bound. This Agreement will cover:
(a) All Team Members engaged by The Fourth Force Pty Ltd, Finliq Pty Ltd, Dramet Pty Ltd, Lowood Supermarket Pty Ltd, Emu Park Supermarket Pty Ltd, Calliope Supermarket Pty Ltd, Chinchilla Supermarket Pty Ltd, Regents Park Supermarket Pty Ltd, Biggera Waters Supermarket Pty Ltd, Biloela Supermarket Pty Ltd, Pty Ltd, Ormeau Supermarket Pty Ltd, Rosewood Supermarket Pty Ltd, Samford Supermarket Pty Ltd, Sun Valley Supermarket Pty Ltd, North Lakes Supermarket Pty Ltd, McDowall Supermarket Pty Ltd, and for whom the classifications, rates of pay and conditions are prescribed by this Agreement. ("Team Members”);
(b) Shop, Distributive & Allied Employees' Association ("SDA") a registered trade union; and
(c) This Agreement is negotiated between The Fourth Force Pty Ltd, Finliq Pty Ltd, Dramet Pty Ltd, Lowood Supermarket Pty Ltd, Emu Park Supermarket Pty Ltd, Calliope Supermarket Pty Ltd, Chinchilla Supermarket Pty Ltd, Regents Park Supermarket Pty Ltd, Biggera Waters Supermarket Pty Ltd, Biloela Supermarket Pty Ltd, Pty Ltd, Ormeau Supermarket Pty Ltd, Rosewood Supermarket Pty Ltd, Samford Supermarket Pty Ltd, Sun Valley Supermarket Pty Ltd, North Lakes Supermarket Pty Ltd, McDowall Supermarket Pty Ltd, trading as Drakes Supermarkets (Drakes) and the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association (SDA).

Coverage and Parties Bound. 1.2.1 The Agreement shall cover:
(a) Glenorchy City Council (Council or Employer);
(b) Australian Services Union (ASU); and
(c) Employees.
1.2.2 This Agreement does not cover or apply to:
(a) The General Manager;
(b) Directors;
(c) Managers who are classified at a Grade of 21 of Schedule A or above
Coverage and Parties Bound. 3.1. The Employer being Vitalish Pty Ltd and Pickers Pack Pty Ltd trading as Mulgowie Farming Company.
3.2. Employees covered by the classifications in Schedule A of this Agreement.
3.3. The United Workers Union (UWU).
3.4. The Agreement operates to the exclusion of all other Awards and/or Agreements which may otherwise apply.
Coverage and Parties Bound. This Agreement shall be binding upon the following parties;
(a) Bartter Enterprises ABN 000 451 374 ("the company") whose places of business under this agreement are;

(b) The Transport Workers' Union of Australia (NSW Branch)
(c) Employees of Company listed at 3(a) working in transport and distribution areas.
Coverage and Parties Bound. 4.1 This Agreement covers, and is binding on DM & MT ▇▇▇▇▇ Pty Ltd (the Employer) in relation to its operations within Australia, and to:
(a) Employees engaged by the Employer who fall within the classifications at Schedule 1 of this Agreement; and
(b) Employees engaged by the Employer who fall within the classifications at Schedule 2 of this Agreement; and
(c) Employees engaged by the Employer who fall within the classifications at Schedule 3 of this Agreement; and
(d) apprentices and/or trainees who are engaged by the Employer in any of the classifications set out in Schedules 1, 2 and/or 3 of this Agreement.
4.2 This Agreement will not apply to the following employees:
(a) Business Development Manager;
(b) Cold Store Manager;
(c) Compliance Manager;
(d) Depot Managers;
(e) General Manager;
(f) Human Resources Manager;
(g) Information Technology Manager;
Coverage and Parties Bound. This agreement shall apply to:
(a) Scope Australia; and
(b) Employees of Scope who are employed in relation to disability support work in Scope residential and respite accommodation services and Scope day and lifestyle options services; including Disability Support Workers, Team Leaders and Coordinators and any other employee covered by the classifications of this Agreement; and This agreement does not apply to Trainees as defined by the FW Act.
Coverage and Parties Bound. 4.1.1 Subject to subclause 4.1.2, this Agreement covers:
a. the ABC;
b. the Community and Public Sector Union (subject to the CPSU meeting the requirements to be a party under the Act); and
c. the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance (subject to MEAA meeting the requirements to be a party under the Act); and
d. all employees of the ABC (other than those described in subclause
4.1.2 below), in respect of work done by employees of the ABC (other than those described in subclause 4.1.2 below).
Coverage and Parties Bound. 1.2.1 This Agreement will apply to the Tonganah and Ling Siding sites operated by Auspine Limited, Tasman Highway, via Scottsdale, Tasmania and shall be binding upon:
1.2.1.1 Auspine Limited (a subsidiary of Gunns Limited);
1.2.1.2 All Employees including new Employees of Auspine Limited located at the Tonganah and Ling Siding sites who perform work under the classifications or pay rates listed in this Agreement; and
1.2.1.3 The Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union, Forest and Furnishing Products Division, Tasmanian Branch (CFMEU), it’s officers, officials and members.
Coverage and Parties Bound. This Agreement shall be binding on Country Energy, the Electrical Trades Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch and the employees engaged as Workplace Trainers performing the duties and functions as designated by Country Energy. The parties agree that any employee engaged in the permanent / seconded positions in Technical Training during the term of this Agreement will be bound by the Agreement.
