Coverage Maps. 3.3.1 You may at any time (including before You submit Your Application Form to Us) check the then current coverage area of the Network by visiting the nu Website (being the Interactive Coverage Map, available here).
Coverage Maps. Sprint will make coverage maps available to Purchaser for its use as more particularly described in the Private Label Operations Manual. The maps will not be materially different from the maps produced by Sprint in connection with Sprint's branded services. The map information may depict some future coverage that may or may not be identified as such. Any Sprint logo or identification must be removed from map information prior to publication or distribution by Purchaser. However, the maps will not imply that the network or the facilities are owned or operated by Purchaser. Purchaser must verify or validate the coverage shown on the maps and ensure that the coverage depicted on the maps represents the coverage that Purchaser desires to present to actual and potential End Users as Purchaser's coverage. PCS Service may not be available in all areas shown on the coverage maps due to a variety of factors, including relocation or modification of Facilities, environmental or topographical conditions, such as building configuration, or unexpected capacity demands. The maps will not reflect temporary coverage changes or coverage gaps. Sprint is not liable to Purchaser or End Users for any claim or damage related to or arising out of or in connection with any map information, including the accuracy thereof.
Coverage Maps. Sprint will make coverage maps available to Purchaser for its use as more particularly described in the Private Label Operations Manual. The maps will not be materially different from the maps produced by Sprint in connection with Sprint’s branded services. Although Purchaser acknowledges the maps are designed to generally show where PCS Service works, but Sprint does not guaranty the accuracy of the maps. The maps provided will be generated using predictive modeling and mapping techniques commonly used in the wireless service industry to depict approximate outdoor coverage under normal operating conditions on the Sprint Network. If a coverage map contains a Sprint logo or identification, it must be removed from the map prior to publication or distribution by Purchaser. Additionally, the maps published or distributed by Purchaser must not imply that the Sprint Network or the Facilities are owned or operated by Purchaser or its IRs. Sprint is not liable to Purchaser or End Users for any claim or damage related to or arising out of or in connection with any map information, including the accuracy thereof, provided it meets its obligations under this Section 5.4.
Coverage Maps. QUALCOMM shall provide to CardioNet coverage maps, for the purpose of assisting CardioNet in marketing the CardioNet Service to Monitored Persons and Prescribing Entities. CardioNet shall not in any way alter or modify such coverage maps and shall at all times comply with the requirements of QUALCOMM and the Wireless Carrier regarding use of the coverage maps, including but not limited to ensuring that such coverage maps do not contain any QUALCOMM or Wireless Carrier logo or identification information. CardioNet acknowledges and agrees that coverage map information might depict some future coverage that may or may not be identified as such, and that the QUALCOMM Service may not be available in all areas shown on the maps due to a variety of factors including Wireless Carrier facilities constraints, topographical conditions (including building configurations), and environmental conditions or capacity limitations. CardioNet acknowledges that the maps provided may not reflect temporary changes in coverage or coverage gaps that are limited in scope. CardioNet shall verify or validate the applicable coverage area for Prescribing Entities and for each Monitored Person, prior to a Monitor being provided to such Monitored Person, and such Monitored Person shall assume any coverage risks. Neither QUALCOMM nor the Wireless Carrier is liable to CardioNet, Monitored Persons or Prescribing Entities for any claim or damage related to or arising out of or in connection with any map information, including the accuracy thereof.

Coverage Maps. The operating ranges of the Nationwide Sprint Network, Sprint 3G Network and Sprint 4G Network are depicted on the coverage maps available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. Upon Customer’s request, Sprint will make coverage maps available to Customer, provided that Customer will not distribute coverage maps without Sprint’s prior written consent. Network coverage maps are good faith approximations of outdoor coverage; actual coverage area may vary and Sprint does not guaranty the accuracy of the maps. If Sprint approves Customer’s distribution of coverage maps,
(a) any Sprint logo or identification must be removed from the map prior to publication or distribution by Customer, (b) Customer is responsible for validating the coverage shown on the maps and ensuring that the coverage depicted on the maps represents the coverage that Customer desires to present to End Users as Customer’s coverage, and (c) the maps published or distributed by Customer must not imply that the Sprint M2M Networks or the Facilities are owned or operated by Customer. Customer is responsible for any intentional or unintentional changes, modifications or alterations to the coverage maps. Sprint is not liable for any claim or damage related to or arising out of or in connection with (i) any map information, including the accuracy thereof, or (ii) Customer’s presentation of coverage maps to End Users. International M2M Network coverage information is available by contacting Customer’s Sprint Account Representative.
Coverage Maps. BAPCO will provide a coverage map for its major directories identifying broadly the geographic area served by the major directory. These maps will be provided only for the major directories in the area served by the AT&T.

However, TracFone does not guarantee coverage, service availability or the rate charged for any particular call. Even within a coverage area, factors such as terrain, weather, structures, foliage, signal strength, traffic volumes, service outages, network changes, technical limitations, and your equipment may interfere with actual service, quality and availability. Thus, it is possible your phone will roam even in the area depicted as your home calling area. Actual coverage and service areas may vary from the maps and may change without notice.

Any Sprint logo or identification must conform to the PCS Private Label Solutions Program Branding Guidelines included within the Private Label Operations Manual. However, the maps will not imply that the network or the facilities are owned or operated by Qwest. PCS Service may not be available in all areas shown on the coverage maps due to a variety of factors, including relocation or modification of Facilities, environmental or topographical conditions, such as building configuration, or unexpected capacity demands. The maps will not reflect temporary coverage changes or gaps. If Sprint becomes aware of any material deficiencies in its maps, it shall provide Qwest with notice of same as soon as commercially practicable. Sprint is not liable to Qwest or End Users for any claim or damage related to or arising out of or in connection with any map information, including the accuracy thereof.
