Common use of Covered Service Member Clause in Contracts

Covered Service Member. A member or veteran of the United States Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy; is in outpatient status; or is on the temporary disability retired list for a serious injury or illness.

Covered Service Member. A current member or veteran of the United States Regular Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard Guard, or Reserves who is undergoing Reserve receiving medical treatment, recuperation, recuperation or therapy; is in outpatient status; or is therapy including those on the temporary disability retired list for a serious because of an injury or illnessillness incurred in the line of active duty.

Covered Service Member.
