Covered Termination Prior to a Change in Control or More Than Twelve Months After a Change in Control. If Executive’s employment with the Corporation is terminated due to a Covered Termination which occurs prior to a Change in Control or more than twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, and Executive executes and does not revoke a Release as described in Section 3(d) below, then Executive shall be entitled to the following severance benefits:
