Creating and Maintaining an Account. You must be 18 or older to access and use our Services. You will need an account to access and use the Services. It’s important that you provide us with accurate, complete and current account information (including a valid email address) and keep this information up to date. If you don’t, we might have to suspend or terminate your account. Your account is exclusively for you to manage your (or, if permitted by the specific Service, your household’s) subscription to the Services and it is not for use by other third parties for any purpose. You may not sell, transfer or allow others to use your account credentials. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts of other users

Creating and Maintaining an Account. You may need an account to access and use the Services. It’s important that you provide us with accurate, complete and current account information (including a valid email address) and keep this information up to date. If you don’t, we might have to suspend or terminate your account, and we might not reach you for important notifications about your Services. Your account is personal and exclusively for you to manage your (or, if permitted by a Service, your household’s) Services, and it is not for use by other third parties for any purpose. You may not sell, transfer or allow others to use your account credentials.
Creating and Maintaining an Account. You must create and maintain an account (“Account”) to subscribe to the Peril Protect System. Only individuals age 18 and older, with a residential or business address in the United States, are permitted to subscribe to the Peril Protect System and create an Account. All information related to your Account is subject to the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. You create your Account by providing a login and password specifically for our Interfaces. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any and all use of your password and Account. When you create an Account, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself. You further agree to promptly update your Account to keep the information current. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided by you (or on your behalf) via our Interfaces or the Services is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete or your use of our Interfaces or the Services is improper, all as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Peril Protect System. You are responsible for all use of your Account under any name or password by any person or entity and for ensuring that your Account complies with the provisions of this Agreement. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of the loss, theft, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of your password or Account. You understand and agree that we will have no liability associated with or arising from your failure to maintain accurate infor mation about yourself. We may at any time, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your Account for any reason or terminate any Services that require an Account. Your Account is non-transferrable. WE WILL NOT VERIFY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US OR THAT IS CONTAINED IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, RESPONSIBLE, OR LIABLE FOR ANY FALSE, MISLEADING, OR UNSUBSTANTIATED REPRESENTATION OR TESTIMONIAL MADE BY ANY USER OF OUR INTERFACES OR THE SERVICES.

AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Alignment with Modernization Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities The activities and services that the LPHA has agreed to deliver under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities and the public health accountability metrics (if applicable), as follows (see Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf):

  • USE OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE INSIGNIA In order for the Cooperators to use the U.S. Forest Service insignia on any published media, such as a Web page, printed publication, or audiovisual production, permission must be granted from the U.S. Forest Service’s Office of Communications. A written request must be submitted and approval granted in writing by the Office of Communications (Washington Office) prior to use of the insignia.

  • Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation IPA and HMO shall establish and implement a system for coordination of benefits and subrogation, in accordance with those rules established under the HMO's policies and procedures and applicable federal and state laws. If known to IPA, IPA shall identify and inform HMO of Members for whom coordination of benefits and subrogation opportunities exist. HMO hereby authorizes IPA to seek payment, on a fee-for service basis or otherwise, from any insurance carrier, organization, or government agency which is primarily responsible for the payment or provision of medical services provided by IPA under this Agreement which can be recovered by reason of coordination of benefits, motor vehicle injury, worker's compensation, temporary disability, occupational disease, or similar exclusionary or limiting provisions, to the extent authorized by the applicable and not otherwise prohibited by law.

  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.
