Credit Agreement Controls. If there are any conflicts or inconsistencies among this Agreement and any of the other Loan Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and control.
Credit Agreement Controls. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any L/C Request or other application or agreement submitted by the Parent Borrower to, or entered into by the Parent Borrower with, any Issuing Lender relating to any Letter of Credit, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
Credit Agreement Controls. In the event of any conflict between any terms and provisions set forth in this Deed of Trust and those set forth in the Credit Agreement, the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement shall supersede and control the terms and provisions of this Deed of Trust.
Credit Agreement Controls. It is understood and agreed that each Credit shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Credit Agreement, including, without limitation, Sections 2.05 and 2.16
